Each dog will be individually assessed on arrival. Details will be taken of both dog and owner included health details. I will discuss a style that will suit both you and your dog. If your dog is nervous then extra time will be allocated to it if required. I will not stress your dog out and if any problems arise I will contact you before proceeding further.

As it is a small working area, I do not take in large numbers of dogs at the same time, there may be the occasional overlap time before a preceeding dog is collected. However dogs are not for their own safety, allowed to run around the salon floor if I am working with scissors. Toys and treats are available for them if there is a delay in the owner collecting them.  If you have a nervous dog I will ask that they are collected as soon as possible to prevent them getting stressed.
