| Anal Glands |
These are glands that are beside your dogs anus and occasionally they need to be emptied. This is a job that can be quite smelly and is best left to someone who knows what they are doing. One of the signs that indicate the anal glands need cleaning out, is when you see your dog dragging its bottom along the ground. Another indication can be a strong unpleasant smell from that area, occasionally a dog will continually lick or even bite that area as well.
